Results of a Productive School Break in the Postavy Region

The autumn school break has ended, during which children could not only rest but also improve their knowledge of safety rules. Employees of the Postavy District Department for Emergency Situations took a creative approach to teaching children the basics of safety. Instead of boring lectures, the children were immersed in a world of interactive games, quizzes, and practical activities.

Thanks to this creative approach, the children recalled the sequence of actions for various emergency situations, reviewed the emergency service numbers, and also practiced the procedure for calling rescuers. In a playful manner, they learned about the consequences of careless play and what childhood mischief can lead to, the causes of fires, and how to act in case of smoke or fire. Importantly, the information was presented not as prohibitions, but by explaining the consequences of careless handling of fire.

Thanks to such meetings, the school break for the children was not just a time for rest, but also an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and spend their holidays safely.
