Investment Activities

The growth rate of investments in fixed capital for 2025 was 104.9% in comparable prices.

In 2025, the following projects were implemented:

  • JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant" completed the project "Organization of dairy product production at JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant", creating 20 new jobs.
  • "Construction of a building for a healthcare institution with a transition to inpatient facility No. 1 of the Healthcare Institution "Postavy Central District Hospital", located at: Postavy, Sovetskaya St., 73" (including design and survey works).
  • "Technical modernization of the deep flax processing workshop with the installation of a flax fiber cottonization line, JSC "Postavy Flax Mill".

The implementation of projects within the framework of the "Regional Initiative" investment projects will continue:

  • JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant" – "Technical modernization of JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant", implementation period 2025 – 2027, and creation of 5 jobs.
  • JSC "Postavymebel" – "Modernization of cutting-mechanical and mechanical-assembly sections", implementation period 2025 – 2027, and creation of 5 jobs.
  • LLC "GIDROSPEKTR" – "Suburban thematic eco-complex "QUINTA ESSENTIA", implementation period 2025 – 2029, and creation of 34 jobs.

In the agricultural complex of the district, the construction of new dairy farms will continue in 2026:

  • JSC "Khotily-Agro" "Reconstruction of the MTK in the village of Volokhi, Postavy district, Vitebsk region as a raw material base for JSC "Khotily-Agro";
  • JSC "Yanovitza – Apro" "Construction of two cowsheds and a milking-dairy block near the village of Lyntupy, Postavy district"

Also, a number of infrastructure projects are being implemented in the district, for which funding is planned from republican subventions:

  • Off-site networks in the area of individual residential development, Kirova Lane – Solnechny Lane in Postavy (1st stage of construction) (including design and survey works). Implementation period 2025 – 2027.
  • Project of multi-apartment residential development in the area of Yubileynaya St. – Klyaro St. in Postavy (including design and survey works).

In the business sector, the project "Construction of a multifunctional shopping complex, located at: Postavy, Yubileynaya St., 30A, LLC "Nover-Bel" is being implemented.

In the social sphere, design and estimate documentation is being developed for the project "Construction of a sports and recreation complex, Healthcare Institution "ODROTS "Vetraz".
