Igor Sergeenko visited Kamaisky-agro JSC during a working trip to Postavy District.

"It was hard for the calves in the cold, so it was decided to build a prophylactic facility here."

The Chairman of the House of Representatives, the authorized representative of the Head of State in the Vitebsk region, Igor Sergeenko, visited JSC "Kamaisky-agro" during a working trip to the Postavy district.

The first stop was the enterprise's machinery yard. Igor Sergeenko assessed the condition of the equipment, its storage conditions, the availability of spare parts, and staffing levels. The Chairman of the House of Representatives also familiarized himself with the progress of construction of a prophylactic facility for calves, the funds for which were allocated by decision of the President.

As reported by Vitaly Tsironok, Director of JSC "Kamaisky-agro", the object's readiness is quite high. The calves will be housed here by the end of September.

The prophylactic facility is designed for 200 heads. According to the enterprise's director, the farm needs it, as there are many calves. And in difficult weather conditions, especially in severe frosts, it was difficult to accommodate all young animals in proper conditions. The new prophylactic facility will provide significant assistance in preserving the livestock.
