In Postavy, the first stage of the republican campaign "Don't Leave Children Alone!" has begun. The chosen location for the prevention efforts was a place visited by all age groups in the district - the "Sosedi" store.

The purpose of this appearance in such an unconventional place for the Ministry of Emergency Situations was a preventive conversation with adults on the topic of child injuries. Once again, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded about the inadmissibility of leaving children unsupervised. They explained that a mosquito net on windows is not designed to support even the weight of a cat, let alone a child. Emphasizing the upcoming summer holidays, during which children will occasionally be left to their own devices and play carelessly, they explained that children do not seek danger – they simply play.

To ensure the conversation would be remembered for a long time, employees of the Department of Emergency Situations distributed visual and illustrative materials with useful tips for child supervision.
