Goals and objectives of the Postavy District Association of Trade Unions:
- strengthening solidarity and unity of the trade union movement in the Postavy district;
- coordination of activities of primary trade union organizations, organizational structures of sectoral trade unions located in the Postavy district to achieve the goals and objectives of the FTUB;
- creation of new trade union organizations, including in the non-state sector of the economy;
- protection of labor and socio-economic rights and interests of trade union members;
- organization and implementation of public control by trade unions over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on labor and labor protection, other types of public control provided for by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Trade Unions".
