The main goal of Postavy Central District Hospital is to ensure accessibility and organize the provision of medical care by the network of medical and preventive institutions in the district, aimed at protecting, strengthening, and restoring the health of the population of Postavy district, fully satisfying the needs of citizens for medical and medico-social services, with equal accessibility for the population, and implementing social state guarantees of medical provision. To achieve this, it is necessary to:

• Improve the system of organizing medical care for the population.
• Prioritize the development of outpatient care based on the general practitioner principle.
• Ensure state guarantees of medical care to the population within the scope of the territorial program in accordance with minimum social standards and state target programs in healthcare.
• Implement healthcare informatization with the introduction of electronic medical records for outpatients and inpatients, and the development of telemedicine.
• Improve targeted financial policy in the development of the material and technical base of healthcare.
• Improve healthcare management in the district, and develop and improve the medical care quality control system.
• Implement regional and district healthcare programs.
• Work together with the Regional Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, state organizations, and mass media to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population.
