The institution "Editorial Office of the Journal "Justice of Belarus" hereby informs that on January 1, 2026, the cost of publishing announcements on the liquidation (termination of activity) of business entities, information on the registration (change of name) of political parties, public associations, their unions (associations), information on the liquidation of political parties, public associations, their unions (associations), information on the reduction of the authorized capital of business companies will be 45.00 (forty-five) Belarusian rubles (Order of the Editor-in-Chief dated 23.12.2025 No. 49 "On increasing the cost of announcements").

State registration of business entities is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur.

State registration of business entities in Postavy District, with the exception of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations, is carried out by the Postavy District Executive Committee on an application basis on the day of submission of the documents required for its conduct.

State registration of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations is carried out by the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
