From April 16 to 23, the State Automobile Inspectorate is conducting preventive work in settlements and adjacent roads, aimed at preventing and suppressing violations of traffic rules by cyclists and motorcyclists.

Despite ongoing efforts to prevent road accidents involving drivers of two-wheeled vehicles, in January-March, 1 road accident caused by a motorcyclist was registered, with no fatalities and 1 person sustaining injuries of varying severity. This accident was committed by a motorcyclist while intoxicated and without a valid driver's license.

On March 6, 2020, near house 16, Gurets village, Chashniki district, at 10:30 AM, a 31-year-old resident of Krasny Oktyabr village, driving an unregistered MMWZ motorcycle, moving from Krasny Oktyabr village towards Simonovichi village, failed to account for road conditions (a right turn) when choosing speed, lost control, drove off the roadway, and collided with a power line pole. As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist sustained bodily injuries. He does not have a driver's license and is deprived of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles.

6 accidents involving cyclists were registered, with no fatalities and 6 people sustaining bodily injuries. 2 accidents were caused by cyclists, with no fatalities and 2 people injured.
