Dear festival participants, residents, and guests of our city!
The "Zviniać cymbaly i harmonik" festival will take place in 2026.
By decision of the organizers — the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and the Postavy District Executive Committee — the festival will not be held this year.
Postavy, as the cultural capital of Belarus, will welcome numerous guests in 2026.
The International Folk Music Festival "Zviniać cymbaly i harmonik" will be held from June 12 to 14, 2026.
