happy about this. We believe that Postavy region deserves such a high title. Postavy is
the most beautiful corner of the Belarusian Lake District. We have a very rich history, many
historical and cultural values, majestic temples, and other architectural
structures. I think Postavy will have something to surprise guests with," said Stanislav Chimburg, Deputy
Chairman of the Postavy District Executive Committee.
He announced some events. For example, in
2026, Postavy will host the 35th International Festival of Folk Music
"Zvinyats Tsymbaly i Garmonik". It is planned to hold it in a broader
format, adding innovations to the program.
