Members of the Council of the Republic hold a Single Day of Citizens' Reception in the Vitebsk region.

A unified day for receiving citizens by members of the Council of the Republic is being held in the Vitebsk region.

The reception of citizens at the Begoml rural executive committee of the Dokshitsy district began with a collective appeal from residents of one of Minsk's houses. Residents not only of the Vitebsk region but also of Minsk had pre-registered to meet with Natalia Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly.

The range of issues raised was extensive: healthcare, housing and communal services, housing, and others.

In Orsha, Marina Ilyina, a member of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Education, Science, Culture, and Social Development, and Chairperson of the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, is holding a personal reception for citizens.

The issues raised by Orsha residents concern not only the social sphere but also housing and communal services. During the reception, topics such as the replacement of engineering communications, legislation and the application of norms of the Code on Marriage and Family, violation of children's rights, establishment of guardianship, and the activities of one of the region's creative collectives are being discussed.

In the Sharkovshchina District Executive Committee, Valentin Baiko, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic on Economy, Budget, and Finance, and Deputy Director for Development of SOOO "Conte Spa," is holding an on-site personal reception for citizens.

Sergei Kashmilo, Chairman of the District Executive Committee, and his deputy, Andrei Shinkevich, are also participating in the discussion of issues of concern to the region's residents.

A resident of the district center inquired about how it is possible to privatize or purchase rental housing.

The head of an educational institution raised the issue of student safety during boarding and alighting from the school bus.

Tamara Petrovna Krasovskaya, a member of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic on Education, Science, Culture, and Social Development, and Chairperson of the Committee on Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, is holding a personal reception for citizens in the Polotsk District Executive Committee.

Citizens addressed issues related to the social sphere, as well as the rehabilitation of a disabled child, social and labor relations, and labor protection.
