Unified Safety Day in Postavy

According to the decision of the Commission for Emergency Situations under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the "Unified Safety Day" campaign will be held annually on the fourth Thursday of September as a one-day event. This year, Safety Day will be on September 22nd. In Postavy, the event will take place in front of the "Rodina" cinema, starting at 13:00. All guests will be shown special equipment of emergency services, a lot of emotions, and, of course, a concert program.

The annual campaign is held to develop a culture of life safety in society, conduct educational work with the younger generation, and promote safe living conditions for the population.

On this day, preventive measures to prevent emergencies, offenses, and crimes, as well as training on behavior in emergency situations, accidents, and providing first aid, will be held in labor collectives and educational institutions.

"During this time, many educational and preventive measures will be held to prevent emergencies, offenses, and crimes, and to teach rules of conduct in various emergency situations. Information materials for the Unified Safety Day will be widely broadcast in the media, on Internet resources, and in places of mass gathering," the department said.
