Reaching Everyone in Postavy

Reaching Everyone in Postavy

An event titled "Reach Everyone" was held at the Postavy District Department for Emergency Situations, aimed at supporting the moral and psychological climate within the team.

The event began with introductory remarks from clergyman Valery Pavlovich Pashkevich, who spoke about family values, maintaining moral and spiritual peace, and self-control to achieve harmony with oneself. The priest primarily expressed his views on the values of life and family and spoke to those present about basic kindness towards others.

Alexander Viktorovich Orekhov, Head of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Postavy District, familiarized the attendees with road safety rules. He emphasized road safety for rescuers, reminding them of the responsibility for failing to follow basic rules and noting that alcohol and speeding are often the causes of road accidents. He also urged listeners not to rush unnecessarily, as it is better to arrive a few minutes late than to end up in a ditch.

A frequent guest at the department and a member of the "Rescuer" veteran organization, Petr Petrovich Latysh, told the younger generation about service in the old days and how they went to work as if it were a holiday, even without the tools available today, and how solidarity and confidence in their comrades prevailed in the team.

Dmitry Alexandrovich Demchenko, Chief Specialist of the Ideological Work Department of the "Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations," congratulated his colleagues on their recent professional holiday and reminded them of the importance of maintaining a psycho-emotional climate within the team. He spoke about communication with employees outside the structure and emphasized the importance of observing law and order, both at work and in everyday life.

The open discussion concluded with a speech by Senior Inspector-Psychologist Ilona Vladimirovna Gribko. Lifting a colleague's spirits, giving a compliment, or simply speaking out costs nothing for the listener but contributes greatly to the person expressing the problem. In addition to all of the above, she urged everyone to engage in physical training and dedicate sufficient time to their favorite activities and hobbies. After all, there are no insoluble problems, only incorrect approaches.

The invited guests provided food for thought, and everyone took away important and profound insights from the discussion, re-evaluating their approach to everyday life.
