In accordance with the order of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated July 29, 2008, No. 576r, a specialized page "Debureaucratization of a State Body" is being opened on the official websites of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, city, and district executive committees.

The specialized page of the website is intended for posting issues related to the debureaucratization of state bodies, fulfilling the requirements of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 498 of October 15, 2007 "On additional measures for working with appeals from citizens and legal entities" and legislation on administrative procedures based on the "one-stop shop" principle.

Visitors can contact the specialized page of the website if they encounter cases of:

violations of Decree No. 498 – red tape, formalism in considering citizens' appeals;

refusal to carry out an administrative procedure;

violations of deadlines for administrative procedures;

demanding documents not included in the list of administrative procedures for carrying out administrative procedures;

failure to provide reception of citizens at a convenient time for them;

absence of an employee carrying out reception of citizens at the workplace during reception hours;

long waiting times in queues;

as well as if there are specific proposals for simplifying administrative procedures.
