Information on unused properties, ongoing auctions, and possible ways to acquire real estate can be obtained from the Economy Department of the District Executive Committee by phone: 02155 3 13 61, 3 14 96, or in the "Real Estate/Unused Real Estate" section of the website.
Auctions for the sale of state-owned properties (non-residential buildings and structures) and land plots, or for the right to conclude a land lease agreement for the maintenance of real estate, including those with an initial sale price equal to one base unit, are organized and conducted by the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" fund.
Information on properties put up for auction (forms of documents required for registration as an auction participant) can be found on the fund's website.
