In accordance with Article 21 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus, from January 10, 2025, voters have the right to contact the precinct commission for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus at their place of registration to clarify whether they are included in the voter list and to verify the accuracy of the information provided about them.
If a voter wishes to vote not at their place of registration, they have the right to contact the precinct commission for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus at their place of residence between January 10 and January 25, 2025. A citizen may be included in the voter list at their place of residence based on their passport (identification card) of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and with a document confirming residence in the polling station area (for example, a lease agreement registered with the executive committee, a certificate of ownership of real estate, or another document confirming residence).
Precinct commissions operate:
from January 10 to January 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays,
from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays;
from January 21 to January 25, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
On election day, January 26, 2025, inclusion in the voter list of those not registered in the polling station area is not provided for by law.

Acceptance and registration of minutes of meetings of the governing bodies of district organizational structures of political parties, other public associations, meetings of labor collectives or their structural subdivisions, and applications signed by citizens for the nomination of representatives to the Postavy District Commission for the Election of the President of the Republic of Belarus, is carried out by the chancellery of the Department of Affairs of the Postavy District Executive Committee (Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, fourth floor, room No. 80) no later than October 31, 2024.
