As part of the instruction of the Head of State, Alexander Rogozhnik, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, is on a two-day working visit to the Brest region.
Alexander Rogozhnik, together with Dmitry Gorodetsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, visited the sites of the "Savushkin" company in Bereza and the Beryozovsky district.
The purpose of the visit is to study effective practices of milk processing and modern technologies for dairy product production.
At the "Savushkin" production branch in Bereza, which has become one of the largest investment projects in the district, the delegation was presented with the results of two large-scale modernizations.
The plant, 90% automated, is currently the largest cheese production site in the CIS with a processing capacity of up to 1500 tons of milk and 1800 tons of whey per day.
Alexander Rogozhnik's visit to the Brest region continues with an acquaintance with the Brest production site of the "Savushkin" company.
