She spoke about the criminal schemes used by cyber fraudsters to steal money from citizens. She cited examples of cyber fraud cases that occurred against residents of the district.

The speaker also drew the attention of the attendees in her speech to the need to instill digital hygiene in children and adolescents, as today they not only actively communicate in messengers, but also immerse themselves in the world of online games, where their circle of communication expands due to strangers. Among them, cybercriminals may be hiding, seeking to use the child to obtain confidential information.

An immature psyche, susceptibility to suggestion and manipulation make them easy "prey" for attackers.
