In these accidents, motorcyclists are often to blame for violating speed limits, driving into oncoming lanes when overtaking vehicles, and making sudden lane changes. Car drivers are also at fault, as they become unaccustomed to motorcyclists on the road during the winter period. All of this sometimes leads to irreparable consequences.

Remember, before getting on a motorcycle, you must ensure you have a valid driver's license of the appropriate category. Driving a motorcycle without the proper category entails an administrative penalty in the form of a fine ranging from 5 to 20 basic units. The same actions, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty for such violations, entail a fine ranging from 20 to 50 basic units or administrative arrest.
Do not forget about the use of passive safety equipment, in particular, a motorcycle helmet.
