The event aims to prevent road traffic accidents involving child cyclists.

In late May, near house number five on Bagratyan Street in Vitebsk, a 27-year-old Honda driver hit a 13-year-old female cyclist while exiting a courtyard. The girl was taken to the hospital.

During the campaign, the State Traffic Inspectorate will pay special attention to the correct crossing of roads by cyclists. Measures will also be taken to prevent this category of road users from appearing on the roadway in prohibited areas.
