On March 14, 2024, a seminar-training was held at the Postavy District Executive Committee for specialists from enterprises and organizations of the district responsible for the work of obligated persons reimbursing funds for the maintenance of children under state care.

Legislative acts regulating the activities of officials in working with obligated persons were reviewed, problematic issues in this area of activity of prevention entities were considered, officials were heard, specific situations with the invitation of obligated persons were examined, and individual consultations were provided for newly appointed specialists.
