On March 14, 2024, a training seminar was held at the Postavy District Executive Committee for specialists from enterprises and organizations in the district responsible for the work of obligated persons who reimburse funds for the maintenance of children in state care.

Legislative acts regulating the activities of officials in working with obligated persons were reviewed, problematic issues in this area of activity of prevention entities were considered, officials were heard, specific situations with the invitation of obligated persons were reviewed, and individual consultations were held for newly appointed specialists.
