133 unused real estate properties are offered free of charge for the implementation of investment projects.

The State Property Committee of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has identified a list of 133 unused real estate objects in the region that can be offered to investors free of charge for the implementation of investment projects or sold at auction with an initial price equal to one base unit.

This list was formed based on proposals from district and city executive committees of the Vitebsk region.

The largest number of objects is offered in Postavy (25), Orsha (18), and Beshenkovichi (13) districts.

The largest of the proposed objects in the Vitebsk region is the former brick factory in Rossony district, built in 1996.

It has a favorable location - it is located near the republican road R-24, which connects the city of Polotsk with Rossony, and it is only 10 km from the border with the Russian Federation.

The territory covers more than 16 hectares, on which there are 24 buildings and structures with an area of more than 25 thousand square meters.

The production complex includes an administrative building, a production workshop, garages, a warehouse, a boiler house, other real estate objects, as well as production equipment.

The territory has engineering communications: electricity and heating, drinking water, technical water, hot water supply, sewerage, and gas supply.

The factory territory is fenced and guarded.

Currently, various ways of involving it in economic circulation are being considered - this includes lease, sale, and gratuitous transfer for the implementation of an investment project.

The list of proposed objects can be found on the committee's website.

For questions regarding the transfer of property for the implementation of an investment project, interested parties can contact the economic department of the local executive committee where the real estate object of interest is located.
