On 10.03.2026, the inspection of the supervision and prevention sector of the Postavy District Department of Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation requirements
Following the monitoring, fire safety violations were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:
- the operability and constant readiness for use of fire extinguishing equipment are not ensured (fire extinguishers in the administrative building of Yunkov village, fire extinguishers located at the enterprise's gas station in Yunkov village need to be recharged or replaced with working ones) sub-paragraph 3.1 of paragraph 3 of the general fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, facilities), isolated premises and other objects belonging to business entities, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 of 23.11.2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" (hereinafter - GFR);
- training of employees in fire-technical minimum programs is not organized, fire safety briefings with employees of workshops in Yunkov village are conducted in insufficient quantity (sub-paragraph 3.2 of paragraph 3 of the GFR);
- smoking is allowed at the enterprise's facilities outside specially designated areas defined by the general fire safety instruction (administrative building, workshops in Yunkov village, workshops in Shirki village) (paragraph 11 of the GFR);
- diesel fuel is not stored only in tightly closed metal containers or polymer containers with antistatic properties (paragraph 23 of the GFR);
- in the workshop building of Yunkov village, the lock of the main exit door (two-story building) is not provided with the possibility of free opening from the inside without a key (paragraph 48 of the GFR);
The reasons and conditions contributing to the commission of these violations were the insufficient knowledge of the regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety by the officials of Open Joint Stock Company "Znamya Pobedy-Agro", a formal attitude to the performance of their direct official duties, as well as weakened control by the management.
